I joined MFP on June 3 and I log everyday! I'm pretty much on the site via Internet or app all day long. LOL I love MFP! Sending request!0

I do, with the exception of one day in June where I was supposed to log but got soooooooo drunk and ended up missing that day. Other than that, I've logged every nibble since March 8th.0

I log every day, or I'd lose track of things - going on 3 weeks now.
The phone app makes things very easy.
I have also found that planning ahead really helps me make good food decisions.
Sometimes I'll plan out my breakfast the night before, and go ahead and log it,
that way I can see what my calorie counts are going to be, and adjust accordingly.
I can also pre-stage/prepare the food ahead of time (like cutting up green peppers
& tomato for an omelette, browning sausage, etc).
It also helps me to plan out exercise days (I don't have a set routine - walking several times/week).
If I pre-log it, I feel more obligated (if I need extra motivation) because I've logged it ahead of time...
otherwise I have to delete it. (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't).0 -

On day 180 something, only had to restart my log in counter as I missed one day by about 3 blinking mins lol, was in the hopsital0 -
I've logged every day for a year and a half, my counter doesn't show it as I was flooded in with no power or internet for a few days early this year, still kept logging the stuff cooked on the camping stove though0

I've been slacking the past few weeks because I haven't even gotten on my computer daily. I blame the pregnancy though. When it's over, I'll be my more religiously logging self.0

I had over 500 days and MFP dumped my numbers. I started over, now at 25 days. Again.0

I have been logging in everyday for 85 days. I have the app on my phone and log in my food/exercise as soon as I finish it and don't wait till end of day to log activity. Makes me disciplined about it and I can see how I am tracking for that day's calorie goal.
BTW, how does one add the badges (xx lbs lost, xx lbs to go, etc....)

I don't... I try but I have 3 kids and work like 50 hrs a week and sometimes I don't get it done. I use this site as a tool, not as something to make me feel guilty if I forget or don't get to it. It's still working for me so I'll keep doing it the way I am.0

I try! Sometimes I forget to add things like a handful of cherries or low calorie veggies but for the most part I like being accurate with my logging.0
