    AWESOME!!! WTG!!!
I'm here to lose 10lbs, I know that sounds a little like vanity, and in a way it is. I have never dieted in my life!
I am a former fitness Instructor and a former casino cocktail waitress! Everything changed during the last 4 years.
I was robbed at gunpoint, developed PTSD and a thyroid disorder! Then My boyfriend had a stroke and together we
stopped the cigarette habit cold turkey! I gained 10 lbs with the meds, lost that, then regained it after I quit smoking.
    ,
I think only eating dinner is what's making me hold on to the 10 lbs I want to drop!
Here I am now, looking for different ways to rev my metabolism, because now I have to work twice as hard since the thyroid
controls so many things in your body, like everything including metabolism regulation! I would be really appreciative for any help!
I had never taken medication in my life either, and now I take 5 in the am, and 3 in the pm! I have not been able to eat breakfast,
because I can't stand the thought of it, let alone eat it! Thank You Amphetamines! If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!
Thank you so much, and I look forward to meeting you all! I am 60 years old and a grandmother of two! Please request me too!
