You should lift weights to tone up and define your arms and stomach.. not try and lose another 10, losing another 10 would make you unhealthy.0 -
I'm 5'7" ... well 5'6.5"... but who cares! lol. I started out at 181-185ish. Lost 45 lbs and my lowest weight was 139. I like to say that because it was my only time ever being in the 130's! I started lifting because I wanted to tone up. I lost all my LBM and was skinny fat. Which is no bueno! While lifting, I started out eating without understanding my macros.. I just upped my calories and guesstimated everything else. Unfortunately I gained 20 lbs. I got some guidance, and in the past two weeks I am now 5 lbs down, which puts me at 155. I'm A LOT stronger, and more toned than I was at 140. My first goal is to be 145 by September 22 (my 1st wedding anniversary), but my ultimate goal is 130!!0

Hi! I'm 5'6 and when I started was 178lbs, got down to 140lbs but due to laziness/life/stress (but mainly laziness!) weight has crept back up to 149lbs, trying to get back on track to reach goal of 138lbs!! Anyone feel free to add me!!0

I am 5'7'' started at 163 and am currently 143/144 depends on the day. My before and after picture is in my profile. I am currently trying to maintain, still trying to figure it out. Wouldnt mind being 140 but dont want to go under that.
I guess I already posted on this one... Opps.0 -
5'7 1/2" and 125. Prior to having kids (3 little ones at home), I was always around 137. What a difference a healthy, active lifestyle makes!
This is 7 months of progress, the biggest difference being when I added strength training. ETA: in these pics, I was the same starting and ending weight (125); it's just that I toned up!
