    portabella mushroom caps brushed in a bit of oil and baked.. then patted dry topped with an egg, and parmesean cheese and baked until the egg was done..

    Than I was still hungry so I had a hard boiled egg.

    and then my coworker brought in muffins so I had 1/4 of 3 of them. LOL

    (damn muffins.. i may have to forgo my beer with dinner boooo)

    Two home made belgian waffles (frozen). Freshly milled wheat. Made with honey instead of sugar. With a glass of milk, butter, and syrup, it runs around 800 calories.
