    1 whole egg, one egg whites, 3 tblsp of 1% milk, spinach (forgot to measure--maybe 1 - 2 ounces sauteed?), 1/2 slice of american cheese. 1/2 tbsp of ground flaxseed. 1 cup of coffee.

    Made a baked oatmeal on Sunday for the week, has oats, PB2, regular PB, raspberries, strawberries, mashed bananas, greek yogurt, sliced almonds .... not too shabby! :)

    toasted whole wheat english muffing with 1 egg and 1egg white scrambled with a bit of cheese. Makes a great bgast sandwich under 300 cals.

    I had two slices of whole wheat toast loaded with peanut butter and raspberry jam, and a big glass of milk.

    1/2 cup liquid egg whites 67 cal
    Dash hot sauce 0
    Total 168 cal

    Fried the potato in ghee, then removed the potatoes and cooked the egg whites, seasoned with hot sauce, in the leftover ghee. Nice big plate of breakfast that lasts til lunch.

    Today I ate what I eat (almost) every morning after my run, My morning smoothie:

    Generic - Lowfat Milk- 1%, 8 oz 110 Cal
    Trader Joe's Own - Golden Roasted Flax Seed Whole Seeds 2tbsp (15g), 2 Tbsp 90 Cal
    Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate Protein Powder, 2 Scoop (38g) 280 Cal
    Trader Joe's - Mixed Berry Medley Frozen, 0.6075000017881393 cup, thawed 57 Cal

    This totals to: 537 Calories, 46g carbs, 14g Fat, 66g Protein

    On my way to work I got an Iced Coffee (sugar-free syrup, light on the cream) and a Hash Brown (Naughty) to add another 310 calories

  • My usual breakfast is a delicious green smoothie made from the following:
    - A couple big handfuls of fresh baby spinach
    - 1/2 cup of vanilla or plain soy milk
    - 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
    - A frozen banana
    - A tablespoon of Spectrum flax/chia/coconut/cacao blend

    Tortilla with turkey and an Alouette garlic herb wedge made on George Foreman grill.
  • I had a large peach, an ounce of lightly salted almonds, a container of Dannon Greek Light N Fit Strawberry Yogurt, and two cups of coffee with 1% milk and Truvia sweetener. :)
