A Healthy Frappuccino!
- 3/4 Cup of strong coffee, or 2 shots espresso
- 1 Cup almond milk. ( You can use other types )
- 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 Banana ( I freeze mine )
- Ice
(Optional garnish: whipped cream, chocolate sauce, handful of choco chips....etc)
Chunk all the above into a blender and let 'er rip! This makes more than one serving.

I use instant myself. I got mine at Whole Foods, but have seen it at Target, so it should be easy to find. I just dump a spoonfull of it in.0
