Chooocolate! Flourless, gluten free, low calories, low fat AND low suger... oh yeah, that's what I'm talking about! I love that I don't have to turn my oven on in this heat to make this either! Definately going to give it a try.

OP thank you!! My daughter is gluten free, so made this with 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp stevia in the raw and an egg white. I split it in 1/2 and layered it in my two ounce parfait glasses with cool whip lite! She loved it, as did I! Thank you!

    thanks for sharing, sounds delicious!
  • i just did this with regular sugar, dannon light & fit nonfat vanilla yogurt, and whole egg amongst other items. cooked for 1min and it overflowed my mug into my microwave lol. it really wasnt bad as far as macros and cals go using the items i did, but sodium was a little high cuz i accidentally used baking soda instead of baking powder...i obviously wasnt paying attention lol. i split it with my son and i have to admit, this is much better then any other recipe i made for the traditional coffee mug brownie/cake. will def be holding onto this one.

Bump. I am going to try this with Italian Sweet Cream coffee creamer since I don't feel like going to the store for heavy cream. Wish me luck!

Someone above mentioned they used baking soda instead of baking powder. Could that be the issue?

Bump is a way to knock the post back up to the top of the forum list AND to "bookmark" the post in your "My Topics" section to refer back to later.

BTW, I made this recipe for my husband tonight. He would prefer a little more sweetener, but all-in-all it was FANTASTIC! Instead of a minute and twenty seconds, I microwaved it for a minute for more fudge-like brownies. Thanks for the recipe!
