Fried the potato in ghee, then removed the potatoes and cooked the egg whites, seasoned with hot sauce, in the leftover ghee. Nice big plate of breakfast that lasts til lunch.0 -

Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate Protein Powder, 2 Scoop (38g) 280 Cal
Trader Joe's - Mixed Berry Medley Frozen, 0.6075000017881393 cup, thawed 57 Cal
This totals to: 537 Calories, 46g carbs, 14g Fat, 66g Protein
On my way to work I got an Iced Coffee (sugar-free syrup, light on the cream) and a Hash Brown (Naughty) to add another 310 calories0 -

- A couple big handfuls of fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of vanilla or plain soy milk
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- A frozen banana
