What was your morning workout?

4 rounds of ab and core (each round is 5 exercises like flutter kicks, planks etc)
3.5 mile run

MOnday was awful though we did like calistentics and a 7 mile run I was like :noway:

    40 min on trademill with 15% inclination at 3.0 speed and 20 min at 3.2--3.4--3.6 speed= 620 cals:

    I workout during my lunch time, not in the morning.
    Yesterday's workout was :25 elliptical, strength training on biceps, triceps, and the compound rower.


    Today is yoga *cue heavenly angel music*.

    Watching the morning news.
    The evening is when I workout harder.

    this morning i did the treadmill for 40 minutes at 4.0 mph and i am going to try to do a walk after work for another 1/2 hour before an appointment i have.:smile:

    30 minutes at Curves and a 2 mile walk pushing 60 pounds in a double stroller all while trying to breathe in this smoky, heat filled crap we call air..

    ..and thats all I am doing today!

    I can't squeeze mine in until the evenings............... I WISH I could do it in the mornings but I wake up for work at 445am lol!

    Is this something I could easily google..... hmmmm



    EDIT: Okay, it's like a super-duper elliptical that puts less stress on the joints. Makes your feet move in an arc instead of the elliptical motion. Burns more calories. Wish we had one at the gym!

    I get 15 minutes for my morning break here and we have an employee gym
    I also work out on my lunch and last break

    10 minutes @ 3.8mph at a 8. incline
    then 5 hellish minutes on the eliptical

    Lunch 30 minutes on tread 3.8 mph at 8. incline

    Last Break 15 minutes weight lifting stuff

    Then I get home and do my situps

    Walked uphill and downhill for 70 minutes pushing a double stroller and two 32 pound toddlers. I think I got 4 miles in...
    The sweat just rolled off. I think Iowa is really a tropical rainforest in this humidity.

    Swam for an hour. Will walk around the parking lot before lunch. Pretty standard daily routine.

    The kids have swim lessons in the PM - and I sweat BUCKETS sitting in the heat (even in the shade it's at least 100). That's gotta count for some calories, but I can't find "sweating my *kitten* off" in the exercise database :laugh: :laugh:
