    Goals for the month.. Drink more water stop and to stop eating when I am not really hungry/ no more stress eating.

    My fitness goal is to walk 5,000 steps a day, make wise food choices (and log them,) and finally, do at least 5 minutes of pilates a day. I know it sounds like too little but I've decided to only make choices that I can honestly answer with, "Yes. I can at least do this for the rest of my life." If I were to say I would do an hour of pilates every day and 10,000 steps, I would quit before the month is out. I've decided to hop on the moderation train. Typically, I'm an all or nothing gal. No more. The moderation train journeys into lifelong weight loss and good health. I would say good luck but instead I'll say, good work to all!

    Your personal self-challenge for August My personal challenge are: 1.) to work out everyday for 50mins. 2.) Eat cleaner/leaner 3.) Do a workout challenge 3 times a week (home workout video, burpees, abs, squats etc)

    Fitness goal(s): Cardio and body weight videos on Youtube (found some awesome freebies that I can switch up!) at least 5 days a week for at least 30 mins a time, drink plenty of water every day, keep under my calorie goals each day

    (a) walk 4 miles a day five days per week,
    (b) stay under 2000 cals per day,
    (c) log in my notebook my daily food consumption
    (d) try to reduce processed food consumption (sugar, white bread, etc.)
    (e) eliminate caffeine
    Hmmmmm .... I shall do my best and when tempted, I will stop and think of all the effort I have put into losing weight thus far. WE CAN DO THIS PEEPS !!!

    Self-Challenge: So some kind of workout every day including the following:
    -Kazaxe at least 2 times a week
    -Running at least 3 times a week (c25k)
    -Weightlifting at least 2 times a week
    -Walking/yoga at least 1 time a week (as a rest day)
    -Try a NEW type of exercise like piloxing or a barre class.

    Someone should add me so you can remind me to post my progress on here...because I already know I will forget. :)
