    Okay, I'm back :D. This sounds like fun! I've got my own challenge lined up for Oct - Dec. but this should fit with it nicely. Nice to pal up with you again on a challenge, Bikinimission! :heart:

    Location: Great Lakes Region, USA
    I like: Boxing and scrapbooking (polar opposites on the activity level scale :laugh: )
    I don't like: Planks, Beets, or Jello with fruit in it
    Current typical or usual exercise: Kettlebells, Cardio-boxing, bellydancing
    Current Starting Weight: Well ... I only weigh once a month, so as of Sept 1st, 172
    Aim for next week: considering my weighing schedule I'll set non-weight goals ... The no chocolate thing, and ... get back on my plank routine (see dislikes)
    Personal 14 week Goal: 12 lb by Christmas (my goal that I'd be satisfied with and all else will be bonus)

    Ok, let's do it! I'm not confident because I've been loosing half a pound one wk, then 4lb the nxt wk. So we will see.

    Personal 14 week Goal: um, to get below 190 pounds. Been here for a month now. I am not knocking 8 pounds, just want beyond it.

    I have been dared to wear a short skirt at work for New Years Eve, by my friend and work mate. ( a DJ)
    I work in a nightclub doing lighting and NEVER wear skirts!!!
    He has also dared me to wear heels and be girly for the night, We're working together for NYE!!!

    I've said I'll do it but he has to wear a tux!!
    I suggested such as in Dumb and Dumber ( the fabulous orange and blue ones!! ) but a plain one will be fine too!! lol

    This means I've got to get my legs in good shape for wearing a skirt for the first time in 13 years!!!
    I don't want everyone to say '' I see why you don't wear skirts Mel''
    I want them to say ''Wow you should wear skirts more often'' and then maybe I would !!!
    I need to build calf muscle and tone ankles and thighs - any tips would be greatly received!!!

    Ok Here's me...

    Location: Epping, Essex, UK
    I like: My son - 5yrs. Music. Films. Fun people. Long walks :smile:
    I don't like: Miserable people and negativity. I try to always find a positive in any situation.
    Current typical or usual exercise: Shred DVD, Walking, Dance DVD's, Yoga and fitness DVD's and Weights at home.
    Current Starting Weight: 7 Stone 9lbs
    Aim for next week: 7 Stone 8lbs
    Personal 14 week Goal: Survive my 12 day holiday without gaining too much weight and losing track of exercising everyday.
    Once home from holiday - 9th October, start running and get used to running daily, I guess this is the best way to get my legs in the best possible shape quickly, My main aim is to be proud of my legs for Christmas so I'll WANT to wear a skirt!!

    I'm probably going to follow the C25K plan when I'm back from holiday, anyone who fancies joining me with that I'd love to hear from you as I love to do things with people here at MFP, keeps me motivated and less likely to want to quit.

    This is EXACTLY what I need to get me re-motivated! Thanks, Bikinimission!

    Location: Indianapolis, IN, USA
    I like: Photography, theatre, and traveling
    I don't like: Whipped cream (seriously, makes me want to gag)
    Current exercise: Lots of weight lifting and calisthenics, elliptical/precor machine, some Turbo Jam (will be part of my regular routine in October)
    Current starting weight: Well, I've gained a little back lately so we'll say 270
    Aim for next week: Back down to 267
    Personal 14 week goal: To weigh 245lbs, that would be my 50lb mark

    I feel a renewed sense of motivation because of this, a pound a week in 14 weeks THAT is my goal! It MUST be achievable! It IS achievable! We can do it!

    Location: Leeds
    I like: languages, travel, cooking and I love my FRIENDS
    I don't like: Saturated Fat (haha)
    Current typical or usual exercise: 4 Days during work week gym, normally 2 x spin + 2 x gym workouts + weekend activity
    Current Starting Weight: 152lbs (:explode:)
    Aim for next week: Lose at least 1lb
    Personal 14 week Goal: Lose a stone :drinker:

    Hey i am so in !!! plus i LOVE christmas so i shall enjoy this theme!

    I like: Doritos , Zumba ,Gym , Shopping , Will Ferrell.
    I don't like: Coleslaw , Mayo , The Office
    Current typical or usual exercise: 3-4 Times Mixture of Zumba , Gym and Swim..
    Current Starting Weight: 152
    Aim for next week: 151
    Personal 14 week Goal: 7 pouns , I seem to be plateau at the moment so 1 pound every two weeks would be fab!

    I am in too :) going to set mine as 0.5lb a week though as I "was" at goal weight til last week, when I gained 2.5lb on holiday, but a further 4.5lb loss will put me at a perfect BMI of 22

    Woohoo! This is an exciting challenge :)

    I really need to get focused and start doing MFP properly so hoping this will keep me signing in regularly and more importantly sticking to my goals!

    Location: Leeds
    I like: cakes, spinning, new foods, coronation street and happy people
    I don't like: feeling sluggish and ham
    Current typical exercise: i used to be really dedicated with 2 spin classes and 2 gym sessions a week but last month I haven't attended either :( although i have been away and been running outside instead!
    Current starting weight: 8 stone 12 pounds
    Aim for next week: 8 stone 11 pounds
    I do not want to lose much weight at all (possible goal 8 stone 9 pounds) over the 14 weeks but I want to maintain my weight and feel toned for Christmas :)

    Looking forward to hearing all about everyone's progress!
