I'll even post my "personal goal" on here so I'm more motivated to keep at it! I want to walk an absolute minimum of 15 minutes everyday this month.

I'm in again, I managed my 150 miles last month but we are cruising the Med for 12 days in August so my total will be down. I will revise my plan later.

Count me in. I use an UP wristband which measures how many miles I walk so will just transfer the info on to here. x
