Thanks! :drinker: I've been using it to make 'proatmeal', but these sound so much better. Never though about using pudding mix; sounds delish. BRILLIANT!

    YUM!

I'm pretty boring with my smoothies, the most inventive I get is PB and a banana... but even that's not actually inventive because it's my fav drink from Jugo Juice :$

    Yummy, wonderful ideas..

I like the Snickers recipe by Body By Vi...I just substitute in my own protein powder instead of using theirs..Even my kids love this one.

1 TBSP sugar free caramel syrup
    1 TBSP peanut butter ( or PB2, I haven't tried the PB2 yet)
1 1/2 tsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix
    8 oz almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or 2 scoops of Body By Vi mix if you use it)
    ice to your desired thickness

    Pumpkin Protein Shake:
    Vanilla protein powder
    Milk
    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp brown sugar
    Ice

Bumping because I had this this morning and it was LIFE-CHANGING!
3/4 cup pumpkin, cinnamon, and no sugar. Yum.

I make a wake-up smoothie with ice, a few cups of coffee, 4 packets Truvia, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and a few squirts of sugar free chocolate syrup.
