How much weight can I safely lose in a month?

I'm 20 white female. I currently weigh 64kg and am 1.63m tall. I have about 3 to 4 months, how much weight can I lose per month and how should I go about losing it/what to do?

    White people can generally lose up to 1kg a week, but at your weight probably 0.5kg/week would be about right, so 2kg a month.

    Basically to make this program work, use the tools available to set your goal for 0.5 kg (1lb) per week and stick to your calorie goals. Exercise will help you look and feel better and make you healthier, just log whatever you do and you get extra calories for your effort. Aim to get to zero at the end of the day, leaving a bunch of leftover calories is counterproductive.

    I'm not 100% sure about this, but I don't think your race has anything to do with how much weight you can lose. In fact, it varies on what you consume, if you exercise, lift weights, and health issues.

    i have also been strugglin with this. i been trying to lose and been tracking and eating only half back my exercise calories but been not seeing anything different on the scales. i am also white mostly irish and scottish but there might be an ancestor in the wood pile because i tan good but have not been losing the weight. they told me in a different thread to not eat white foods like mashed tatoes and white rice and white bread and i'm wondering if that was advice that doesn't work because i tan good?

    Afro Wonder Girl is my new idol. Not relevant to the OP at all, just felt like sharing. After I've spent time fighting crime my fro/twists are always limp and sadly matter to my head; I aspire to kick *kitten* and keep a nice 'do.

    Is it because of the kind of bread they eat? Or the casseroles?

    NO joke in H.S. my BF literally thought all white people ate nothing but casseroles. He was so worried when I said I was going away to college he could NOT handle it wondering what I might eat there.

    Oh baby Jesus make the nonsense stop to answer your question 8 to 10 pounds is safe for a month of work and you may hit a plateau cause weight comes off fast then stops and FYI your race shouldn't matter thats like me asking " Oh im black and 23 and all i eat is chicken and watermelon and drink grape soda how much weight will i lose?" COME ON NOW!
