In the last yr or so I have dropped 35lbs. I am 5'5 & weigh 140. Still wan't to tone up more but pretty happy with how far I've come. I eat fairly clean, love dark chocolate & enjoy lifting, hiking, cycling-I got a sweet road bike & I love practicing yoga poses. Got tired of being chubby, tired & bloated. Not to mention I had this crazy freak wench hater always calling me fat. In the end I did/do this for myself, my health & I love the way I feel. I am growing a garden with a great variety lots from leftover food & I just started NROLFW. The first two pics are before & the rest after.

    Amazing job, my goal is to have shoulders and a back like yours! I feel the same way as you, I get a lot of rude comments :( I'm the same height but I have a looooong way to go. Thank you for the inspiration.
