I recently logged a shopping trip. Was tired after I went food shopping for 1.5 hrs so I looked it up. Under cardio as slow paced walking. Burned 211 calories!

I have a friend who studied abroad in Peru and logged cuy. Google it.

Edit: This may be more disgusting than it is funny, but some things just have to be shared.

I'm trying to choose between "tossing the salad" or "horizontal mambo" for cardio...

And then I've seen "sperm" "man cream" and "love juice" in the food sections...

...maybe those are more weird than funny though.

    Noooo! Ohhh my jeebus.

Had to search it on the database , "Sperm - White Gloupy Consistency"' . Apparently one tea spoon is 10 calories and it comes in a container of 3 tea spoon.

I guess some people really take serious the logging everything they put in their mouth.

It changes based on consistency???? I should probably alert my friend list about this... Hrm...

Oh my freaking word!!! Sperm??? People log SPERM???

It's not the sperm you gotta watch out for, it's the seminal fluid that surrounds them. Unless you don't wanna get pregnant, in which case I guess you do have to watch out for the sperm.

I do that all the time...I cook for a living...but its an everyday thing so I don't log it.

i see "house cleaning" a lot for like, 600 calories or something ridiculous - makes me wonder if a) i've been doing it wrong or b) their house is in a perpetual state of filth, hoarders-style

doing homework and reading.....seriously now how many calories can a person log burned for those activities?!?

As for the playing with kids in the park.....I log playing with my dogs and even bathing my dogs as I am over 300 pounds and any movement outside of my "normal" activity gets logged. If it makes me sweat and my HRM shows over 100 calories burned I log it. If you only weigh 135 pounds some of these activities you would not consider a workout, but for us heavier folks it is....and besides we too are working our butts off (literally) to lose weight and sometimes just seeing the simplest ways of burning those calories keeps us encouraged and motivated.

but as for smoking a cigarette or prepping your vegies....not so much!!

    Turbo *kitten*.

Is that why your profile pic only shows one muscly arm? Your other arm is all weak skinny, isn't it?

    Cooking- really?
Push lawn mowing - seems legit.
Light to moderate housekeeping- Uh, no.
Wii fit- again, no. You're playing video games, and probably not working up a sweat.

    For me personally:
    Pole dancing
    Dog grooming
Shopping (okay, I was shopping for exercise equipment, so testing the equipment got my heart rate up, and I was really sweating!)
House keeping-vigorous. (I cleaned my mom's house, and yes, she is a hoarder)
