    Congratulations on your babies and all your weight loss. That's so awesome!! I've been 60lbs over weight since I had my first son, 21yrs ago, lol.I'm hoping myfitnessplan will help.

    Thanks everyone for your kind words of praise and encouragement, it is with comments like these that I find the strength to continue with my healthy life changes. I very much look forward to meeting our now little one & getting back to getting off the rest of the weight. Thanks again everyone
