Just started today, after being very inactive for the last couple of months due to the heat waves. Biked for over an hour, then walked home after dinner, about 15 minutes/ 1.5 km. I'm icing my knees at the moment, and will take it a little easier for a while til I work up to that level of regular activity!

    Tue 08/06 6.4 miles -around 100 minutes - 13,959 steps..

I'm thinking since this is my replacement UP Band, I'm going to need to calibrate it to my steps again.. there's a big difference in these steps/distances.
  • My best friend and I try to walk between 3-4 miles, 4 to 5 times a week. It is usually in the evening when it cools down after our supper. It feels great to walk that much. Used to, I couldn't walk 1/2 a mile without being out of breath. Now, I am can do this with ease. I am personally proud of myself. Good luck to everyone out there. You can and will do this. Like everyone says, "you didn't gain it overnight, you won't lose it overnight !!""
