I do a similar one that is my go to sweet snack - 3/4 cup peanut butter (regular, almond, etc), 1/8 cup honey. 3/4 cup oats, 2 small or one large scoop protein powder. The rest you can add in - I usually do 2 tbl flaxseed, 1/2 a cup dark choc chips. I've added chia seeds (gives it a little crunch, but tastes good). Roll up and freeze. I just admust my receipe to what's in it and the number of balls becomes the number of servings. These are good for breakfast, a snack anytime you need to curb hunger. I love them with a cup of milk before bed.
I've been trying to figure out how to use my chi seeds.. this sounds perfect!

I found a Shakeology chocolate/peanut butter oatmeal protein ball receipe on Pinterest. I didn't review the website since I don't use Shakeology but it's worth a look if you're interested.

These Look good! I have chocolate Shakeology do you think that would work? The scoops are really big!

I have the recipe for the shakeology no bake protein balls. They come out tasting like a chocolate brownie and if you make the batch and roll out 30 balls, they are only 30 cals per ball

    1 cup quick oats
1 cup peanut butter ( I used 4 tbsp natural peanut butter and 8tbsp pb2)
    1 cup chocolate shakeology
    1/2 cup honey.

Thats all of the ingredients. Stir, roll into balls and put in the freezer to set. They are decadent, sweet and will take care of any sweet tooth you thought you might have had.

    ;-)
