Aug 1 - swam 1600 yrds = .9 miles & ran 1.7 miles = 2.6 miles
Aug 3 - rode 9 miles & ran .2 miles
Aug 4 - ran 1.8 miles
Aug 6 - walked 2.2 miles
Aug 7 - rode 7 miles & ran .2 miles
