I'd go to the gym BUT.... "I just don't have time."


I've heard myself say this many times. Guess what? My gym is open all night. Not an excuse. What's your BIG BUT???

    Doesn't really apply to me but I see this one all the time. The food you put in your mouth is not tied to someone else. Period.

    I would go running but it's hot outside (it really is though, about 101 most days)

    for those who said they would throw out food but they don't want to waste it, that was one for me too, and then I read a book where it talked about how food going into a body that does not need it is also wasted technically, because the definition of waste is "to use carelessly or without true purpose"-- after I looked at it this way, I got over it and threw the junk out, my body is worth throwing out a $5 pack of cookies!
