    It's funny how the "fit" people try to give a logical response... Being overweight doesn't give anyone the right to insult you. Unless they're a medical professional, what's it to them? The problem doesn't "lie within you" if you get offended. The problem is with that person and their mother/parent/gaurdian, who should have taught them how to respectfully talk to people.

    It is a falacy to assume that a "fit" person was always a "fit" person. I suppose most would consider me fit. Although, 25 lbs of fat ago that was not the case. And when I got called fat then, my answer was generally "yep, I am." It is not an insult, it is a factual observation. Don't like it? Change the reality of it.

    No one was assuming you were or were not overweight. However, if you felt like you were and you're still okay calling it a "factual observation" then I feel bad for you. It's not okay for someone to say that to you, it's your body, not theirs. It's an insult and I would hope no one would ever feel the need to try and hurt someone by saying it.

    But if you disagree it's whatever lol. "Yep I am" and that didn't bother you? Must be nice to be a robot.

    So if someone I know has frizzy, damaged hair, and I point it out and they feel insulted, it's because of some "issue" that lies within them and not because I was just a completely rude and tactless person for pointing it out? No...I don't think so.
