I've got 4 hours to burn 1200 calories and no idea how to do it. Best answer wins cake*.

i think swimming burns a lot of calories but my favorite is belly dancing 90 mins = approx 700 cals or something like that.0

Hard to say without knowing your weight but I burned close to 1700 cal running a triathlon (4km kayak, 20km ride & 5km run) in just under 2 hrs last weekend.
You could also probably burn about 1200 cal in 2 hrs of vigorous biking...0 -
