  • I just completed my W1D2 yesterday and it is quite a workout. I never was a runner in my younger, thinner days so I am not sure what has possessed me now in my older, fatter days to try it, but it is kind of fun and a challenge. Trying to get ready for my 3rd 5K in October. Hoping to be able to run more of it this time.
