    I'm 5'6". I weigh 196 pounds and wear a size 14, but can wear some 12's :-)

    I'm just about the same. 193ish, 5'5" and wear some 12's, some loose 14's and an odd 16 that fits fine. Not great but when I started I was breaking into 24's. I'm 46, mom of three.

    5'1, 143 and size 2, very small avid runner with a nice toned frame. Just goes to show that a smaller number on the scale does not mean a healthier you!

    Success!!! I've now gone size 12 to size 4 or 6 jeans, depending upon the style. I'm done! lost 31 pounds and plan on maintaining that FOR GOOD! I have given away all of my old clothes and re-stocked my closet with hot new fashions! I even lost 1/2 a shoe size! Go figure!

    5'5"/180 size 10 or 11. 10 Was my goal size and I am happy hear but will probably go down to an 8. Have never been lower than a 7 in my life (went right from kids' sizes to a 7) but didn't feel like I wanted to go lower last time I was an 8. :)
