Great run on Friday (2nd of my 2 virtual runs this week completed) for a great cause!! PR'd on my 5K time and got in my longest mileage so far in this 1/2 marathon training (3.79 miles) and the went a great hike with my girls at Lake Arcadia (3.47 miles)!! Now taking a rest day on this beautiful Sunday!!
