    01/08 - 15 mins weights, 25 mins Insanity cardio power & resisitance 20 mins Insanity cardio abs = 60
    02/08 - 15 mins weights 45 mins spin class = 60
    03/08 - 45 mins circuit class 50 mins walking = 95
    04/08 - 1hr kick boxing class = 60
    05/08 - 30 mins HIIT class = 30
    06/08 - 45 mins Body Pump class & 45 mins spin class = 90
    07/08 - 45 mins boot camp & 45 mins boxercise class =90
    08/08 - rest
    09/08 - 20 mins weights, 25 mins run = 45
    10/08 - 45 mins circuits class = 45
    11/08 - 45 min run = 45

    = 620 (10hr 20 min)

    so 820 (13hr 40 mins) to go in 20 days :)

    I got 406 from running, swimming and cycling this month so far. Do I get to count the 5 hours I spent gardening weekend before last? It was a lot of hoeing (sp?), grass cutting, and a bit of heavy lifting?

    My 30 hours goal: 17.5 hours down and 12.5 left!

    Going to my family reunion this weekend so I won't be able to get in my 6 hours like I usually do.
    I am going to try taking a lot of walks and even still do my C25k so I can at least get three hours in.
