    Hi thats ok :) , i gave up all added sugar and keep a limit on my fruit. So basically , make 99% of my meals from scratch (no premade) no cakes, biscuits (though i do have sugar free marie biscuits in my tea! ) no lollies, icecream,(except zuilch about once a month) desserts, chocolate etc. So this has hugely limited my processed food which has been great as well!
