My meals look so boring compared to all of those photos, I think I need to get googling for more interesting recipes!0

Some more recent eats
Challah french toast panzanella with strawberries, breakfast sausage and whipped maple mascarpone
Gyros (Meat looks really dark in the first pic for some reason)
Mac and cheese and ham grilled cheese
Nutella and banana french toast "ravioli" with a nutella cream sauce in a maple syrup foam ("Ravioli" was rolled out bread, then the whole thing was dunked in french toast custard before pan frying)

All of the food I eat is in my diet yes...0 -
Breakfast from the last two days:
A try at making overnight oats: muesli with skim milk left in the fridge overnight with added plain yogurt and a sliced apple:
Apple and raisin-vanilla 'snail' (and I ate half of another one :P) with a side of strawberries and coffee with a splash of milk :drinker:

was messing around with filters on this which probably didn't even make it look better. ANYWAY veggie chilli with lentils, chickpeas, veggies, kidney beans, spices and chipotle paste, rice and various accoutrements. Also had half a pitta bread with it and whole meal came in just under 600 pals. V.V.GOOD.
Also for (high) kicks, here are some historical munches that I want to share with you due to their deliciousness and suitability to calorie controlled diets
Nigella's Vietnamese chicken salad & some sushi
thai salmon fishcakes with pickled veggies (and a dollop of mayo)
Pineapple with mint sugar
baked breaded fish with fennel seed, baked chips & minted peas
Chicken, almond & parsley salad
chia seed porridge with nectarine, fig & cinnamon compote
fried banana with honey & greek yoghurt
orange & carrot salad with peppered smoked mackerel
masala omelette
shamefully overcooked (but still yummyish) tuna with noodles, greens, soy & sesame
and I'm spent!
THOUGH I did have a food blog at one point, mainly where I gabbled a load of rubbish - check it out here if you're that way inclined... http://flogginggosh.wordpress.com/0 -
roasted poblano pepper stuffed with bison and spinach.
