I've lost 42 pounds. Started in October and have been in maintenance for the past few months. I don't eat 100% clean but I don't eat crap all day either! I work out about an hour a day, six days a week. I do a mixture of cardio and weights and usually a walk once a week. The only thing I've cut out completely is alcohol! A personal choice but the best decision for me.
I'll be 43 next month.

After I stopped working out after my wedding an April 2012 ~ 145 lbs
This was December Last Year
3 months of Cardio - Before I starting lifting. ~ 136.5 lbs
This was in March of this year.
4 months of lifting with short HIIT cardio cycles ~ 136.5 lbs
This morning.
I've lost a total of 6.5 lbs, which doesn't like like a lot, but in terms of body fat percentage I went from 28-29% body fat down to 19.3% as of this morning.
Which means at 143 lbs & 28.5% bf I had 40 lbs of fat and 103 lbs of LBM
And today at 136.5 lbs & 19.3% bf I have 25.5 lbs of fat and 110 lbs of LBM
So I really lost 14.5 lbs of fat!0 -
303lbs to 163lbs. Goal: 125-130lbs

Great job everyone!!! I'm down 147 lbs with 19 more to go.
This was from the beginning, after 30 lbs and then the 1 year mark which was 130 lbs down.
Here is a current pic at 147lbs down.

For a minute I thought your before pic was me! that's about my starting point, heaviest was 302.5lbs. Down to 293.5. I must be shorter though. How tall are you, if you don't mind. Gives me an idea of what I'm trying to do!0

I've just recently started this journey again.
This is at my heaviest (around 340 - I never knew the exact b/c my home scale couldn't handle it and I was too embarrassed to get a new one)
These were taken today after my run. I am currently 300.2 lbs (as of this morning). I can really notice a difference in my face. I hadn't realized the progress until I started looking at older pictures.
I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy with the results so far0 -

You all look great! Congrats on a job well done (or a job well in progress). I can't wait until I've got a great after (or in progress) picture to post as well. So as said many times before, you look great. But do you feel good too? It's been so long since I was thin or average, I kind of forgot what it feels like.0

I feel great...I really love it when I weigh myself on my Wii and it says "thats normal" I think I cried the 1st time. So used to it saying "thats overweight". For me I have never felt better with dropping 48lbs and quitting smoking. I am in week 5 of C25K and I love that too. The feeling of accomplishment after my workouts...feeling proud of myself for not giving up.0

Wow girl way to go!!!!0
