    Aug. 16: Bandages off from surgery...it feels good to go run again and walk and ride.

    Run: 5.52 miles
    Cycle: 10.5 miles
    Walk: 6 miles

    Spartan WOD today with a 3.14 miles run break into the following:
    30 Pushups
    30 Situps
    25 Burpees
    2 Min. Rest
    1 Mile Run
    20-10 Hand Release Pushups
    20-10 Air Squats
    1 Mile Run
    9 Pullups (or chin-ups)
    1 Mile Run

    I am SO HAPPY that tomorrow's my rest day! I can hardly walk!! lol

    Had a great run today! Did a quick walking warm up and then ran for 3 miles straight without a walk break! That's way more than I've ever done before. Feeling great!!!

    Back for another month - Summer is now in full-swing, so I've raised my goal for this month to 150 miles . . .

    Aug.1st: 27.5 miles (*Road Cycling*)
    Aug. 1st: 1.5 miles (*Running - Speed Drills*)
    **Allergies along with a sinus Infection took me out for a week - Ugh !!!**

    ++ Aug. 10th - TOUGH MUDDER (Mt. Snow, VT) - 12 miles ++

    Aug. 15th: 18.5 miles (*Road Cycling*)

    Total (so far): 59.5 miles

    *Goal for August: 150 miles

  • So I hit the gym yesterday for my cross training and it was killer!! I took it easy becuase I have this twinge of a pain in my lower back on the right side! But I got my workout done and did okay on mileage: 1.44 miles on the The Arc (30 minutes) and 3.81 mils on the stationary bike (15 minutes)!! Now gotta get my run in today (fingers crossed hopefully) as long as my back allows me too!
