Well, I lost about 60ish pounds just by counting calories and not eating junk...then I recently switched to a low carb, high fat, moderate protein diet. I do a bootcamp that does high intensity interval training four times a week as well.
Honestly, I think any type of diet that does calorie restriction and being active is the way to go.0 -

ThanksMy two biggest tips are to get off the couch and exercise. I lose the most weight and see the most results when I'm moving.
Also, I try and drink about a gallon of water a day. I really really see results when I am hydrated, plus you feel amazing!0 -

That's awesome! Congrats. I'm doing a restricted calorie diet and crossfit 3-4x a week. I've lost about 4lbs in 2 weeks. So it does work if you put in the effort! I'm hoping to lose at least 4-5 more in the next two weeks!0

Awesome job.Yeah...you lose weight a bit more slowly when you work out, but the difference in appearance and inches is worth it!
