    Umm..i take my roll of suppoter very serious and squat form is important..

    forget the squat. It's all about the snatch

    I know how to handle whatever comes my way;)

    The answer to the goals you list in your profile?

    Squat, Snatch, Deadlift, Bench and Press.

    I do a little bit of strength training. For some reason I just can't get super into it. It's discouraging being the weakling that I am!

    All the more reason to do it, little missy :wink:

    I practically die when I have to fill and carry five gallon water buckets for the horses. I'm pretty sure strength is just not a part of my equation! Plus.. I tend to really hurt afterwards. I don't know enough about strength training to do it safely.

    It's something new and can be learned. The pain is from DOMS and will go away if you keep at it.

    Did you really skip the perfect chance to ask for squat pics.....smh...

    And the pain they cause is a different pain altogether, though it often occurs in a similar area as squats.
