Chicken Waldorf Salad ( 1/2 bell pepper, 1 celery stalk, 1/2 apple, 2 oz chicken, 1 tbsp. mayo) - One of my faves and only 174 calories!

mixed bag of salad, light cream cheese (salmon and dill), mint, rosemary and vegetarian mince with steam fresh vegetables. 212 calories, 20g protein, almost zero fat, over 9 grams of fibre and almost no sugar either. not to mention it has b6, b12, vitamin C, omega 3 (though minimal), iron, magnesium and selenium0
