I lift weights 4x week and do no more than 25 mins of some sort of interval on the treadmill 4-5 times a week

Started at 1200 cals too, but stalled out pretty quick, uped the cals and am much happier not to mention fuller lol ~eat more too weigh less works for me

    Good luck

Daily Calorie intake: about 1800. That's based on TDEE and I don't add in exercise calories, unless I do something like an all-day hike; then I'll just eat a little more if I'm hungry.
Workouts: Lifting heavy 3x a week; brisk walk or hiking 2-3 times a week
Weight loss goals: No specific goal weight. I have maybe 5-8 lbs of fat I'd like to lose overall, but I don't have a time limit or exact weight on that. I'm more interested in strength and body composition. Right now I weigh 150 and wear mostly a US 8, sometimes a 6 (down from mostly 10, sometimes 12 from January).

Daily Calorie intake: 1850 - 2000 (with the odd 2500 day when I feel like I need it)
Workouts: Lifting five days a week with 1.5 mile warm up run); Kettlebells once a week. Long walk once a week. I will be adding more focus cardio sessions 3 times a week going forward.
Weight loss goals: I reached my weight loss goal some time ago (130lbs) and am slightly below that now. Focus is body composition and strength gains.

    Cal 1200
    Workout walking the dog
Weight loss went from 158 to 145 since June
    Goal. 138

I'm ok with the 1200 cal limit since I have found a whole new world of tasty new foods. My motto is replace with healthier options or else reduce the quantity of the unhealthy foods I don't want to give up. Just remember - Replace or Reduce!

    What’s your stats:
    Age - 46
    Height - 5'4"
    Daily Calorie intake - 1570
Workouts - Swimming and walking only for now due to medical issues
Weight loss goals - to lose 150 lbs
    * Weight loss so far - 21 lbs*
Hi Mcgregory. I only do walking (but I did only join 2 days ago) but if you walk fast it burns loads of calories! I have a back problem and I weight 205 lb at 5'6 but my Dr and physio told me walking and swimming are the best forms of exercise for people with back or other joint problems. They're good for cardio and work all areas of your body so well done you for doing swimming and walking and leave out the "only" - keep going!

    I just started FocusT25 - 5 x week, Strength Training 2 x week, Turbo Fire 1 x week and Power Yoga 1 x week. Extras include 75 - 100 squats 3 x week, 45 deadlifts 3 x week, in between sets, I sometimes throw in some burpees.

I've not been losing a lot by the scale standard, but I have been dropping inches like crazy, going from a size 14 in May to now fitting into size 8/10. Not too concerned about these last 15 lbs though may re-evaluate goals when I'm done with FT25.

Uh, I'm supposed to be cutting at 1800 calories. I've been eating way more than that lately. Need to find my willpower and drive again...

Currently doing rowing for 3 hours a week and lifting twice a week. If I add in another cardio session, I could raise my calories to 1900, but I'll play that by ear.

My answers, although I'm sort of an atypical case:

Age: I'll be 43 in a couple of weeks
    Height: 5'7"
Daily calories: I have a goal to eat 1500 calories a day, but I'm usually under that, sometimes by a lot. It's not intentional, though. I have severe health issues (heart and liver failure) and associated metabolic/malnutrition problems, so I often simply can't eat as much as I'd like to eat. Oftentimes, I'm sort of force-feeding myself, and it's not usually pleasant.

"Workouts:" When I'm feeling well enough, I like to walk my dogs for about 30-45 minutes a day. Sometimes I'm lucky and can do that twice a day. Otherwise, one walk every few days is about the best I can manage.

Goal: My goal is actually to not lose weight too quickly given my medical issues, which is why I try my best to eat 1500 calories a day. However, given that I will retain and lose fluid in a chaotic manner, so my weight will go up and down from day to day, my weight is difficult to track, as are measurements. I AM overweight, but my issue is more one of retaining nutrition rather than worrying about losing "X" number of pounds. That said, I'd LIKE to lose about 30 more pounds. I've already lost about 40 since...um, April. But not in a healthy way.
