    I'm in too! My name is Michele & I live in NJ. I have lost 35 lbs. since Nov. after having the lap band surgery. I have now been stuck at 205 lbs. for the last few MONTHS! Uggghhh, so frustrating. I need a gigantic serving of motivation to exercise instead of ice cream! I also need some good recipes low fat/ high protien. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Because it is already the end of September I guess I will aim for 15-20 lbs. down by Christmas! THANKS

    Hi Michelle! Glad you are joining us! Congrats on your weight loss. I don't have any ideas for recipes. Actually, I don't always eat the best (just make sure I stay under calories, carbs, and fat) and truthfully get only one good exercise day in, but it's working so far! I'll switch it up when I start having problems getting the weight off!

    yesterday i went 610 calories over my 1200 budget........I have to explain about the mcflurry, I know it's not a good excuse, but I had a 13 min break at job. Worked from 4:30 pm til 10:15 pm. NOT COMPLAINNG AT ALL...we were slammed...they had me in several places throughout the day...drive thru taking both orders and cash...then a few hours later switched me from drive thru to taking orders in the lobby....then after a lil bit switched me back over to drive thru...me personally i prefer drive thru over ANYTHING ELSE there....I'M LOVING IT....LOL...so after i got off work, one of my friends wanted a mcflurry....SOOOOO I decided you know that sounds like a great way to end my day...lol...so i got snack size Reese's flurry.

    Then, when I get home my buddy had BBQ and I just COULD NOT say no to that...lol....I didn't even bother counting...didn't bother measuring or ANYTHING...LOL...anyways i can just count this day as ONE of my cheat days....lol...AFTER ALL my cheat days is the weekend...lol

    today since it's my day off from work i'm going to catch up on some jillian michaels 30 day slim down i missed such as yesterday the no more trouble zones x 2 pretty much i want to make this day a last chance workout...ONE OF THEM...LOL

    OK so i just signed up to start a couch to 5 k challenge that's starting on october 11 on MFP....i've never done anything like this before so along with my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program i'll be doing this too

    i was wondering how in the world i was going to do this after i signed up for it...was i needing to look at my cell phone the whole time i was doing this or what??? my cell phone has a stopwatch mode anyways so i looked on the internet for like a couch to 5k music thing...and sure enough i found it :-) below is the link to it

    after ur walking interval is up it makes like a chime sound...and very NOTICEABLE....and it does the same thing as when ur jogging interval is up...it does play music so its not like there's someone saying for u to start walking or jogging every so seconds....like i said that's what the chime sound does

    i'm now up to date on my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program

    even though i have all 3 dvds to the program i use the ON DEMAND section on cable....they have all 3....at least level 1 of the 30 day shred...not sure of level 2...i dont want to think that far ahead...lol...instead of having to pop in dvds everytime i just turn on the tv and go to ON DEMAND and go to jillian michaels...i have not been using the weights for the simple fact i dont have the weights yet...not for another 2 weeks when i get paid again..i just got paid yesterday but i have bills to pay...lol...but here in a day or two im getting 2 - 20 oz water bottles and use those as hand weights
