Yup, since April, although I'd already lost some before that when I started in February. It is getting slower and harder now though. Good luck with your journey! x0

Down 3 lbs since last Monday, 0,2 lbs over the weekend.
I weigh every day (I know, I know, conventional wisdom says I shouldn't), this helps me to stay on track and adjust on a daily basis. I enter any weight lost, but not the little gains that happen along the way.This really seems to work for me.

I'm in too! My name is Michele & I live in NJ. I have lost 35 lbs. since Nov. after having the lap band surgery. I have now been stuck at 205 lbs. for the last few MONTHS! Uggghhh, so frustrating. I need a gigantic serving of motivation to exercise instead of ice cream! I also need some good recipes low fat/ high protien. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Because it is already the end of September I guess I will aim for 15-20 lbs. down by Christmas! THANKS0

Hi Michelle! Glad you are joining us! Congrats on your weight loss. I don't have any ideas for recipes. Actually, I don't always eat the best (just make sure I stay under calories, carbs, and fat) and truthfully get only one good exercise day in, but it's working so far! I'll switch it up when I start having problems getting the weight off!0 -

yesterday i went 610 calories over my 1200 budget........I have to explain about the mcflurry, I know it's not a good excuse, but I had a 13 min break at job. Worked from 4:30 pm til 10:15 pm. NOT COMPLAINNG AT ALL...we were slammed...they had me in several places throughout the day...drive thru taking both orders and cash...then a few hours later switched me from drive thru to taking orders in the lobby....then after a lil bit switched me back over to drive thru...me personally i prefer drive thru over ANYTHING ELSE there....I'M LOVING IT....LOL...so after i got off work, one of my friends wanted a mcflurry....SOOOOO I decided you know that sounds like a great way to end my day...lol...so i got snack size Reese's flurry.
Then, when I get home my buddy had BBQ and I just COULD NOT say no to that...lol....I didn't even bother counting...didn't bother measuring or ANYTHING...LOL...anyways i can just count this day as ONE of my cheat days....lol...AFTER ALL my cheat days is the weekend...lol
