Lol!! you sound like me!!! yes, I have a trainer also twice a week and I do have to eat more, BUT more protein and less carbs.
I'm still trying although I do tend to pick on junk food at home that kids bring.

I NEED to loose between 50 and 75 pounds. I opened this account almost a year ago and then fell off the bandwagon.
