I found these on a site, they are gorgeous and really healthy and easy to make!
1 mashed banana
2 eggs..
whisk
thats all! only 250 calories...and I find they keep me satisfied for a long time.
You can also add a bit of cinnamon...Im thinking of trying them with a scoop of vanilla protein powder
Hope you guys like them!

I eat these quite often and am in love with them. They don't even need any syrup because the banana is so sweet. It is possible to eat healthy and enjoy it too.0

This sounds delicious0

Will give them a try but that is more than my normal breakfast so it will have to be for lunch.0

I've seen these mentioned several times but I've never tried them myself.
I'll have to put them on the menu soon.
Thanks, OP.
eta: I'm going to fit in a 1/2 serving today to try them out.0 -

Very true about the sweetness but I suppose if you were desperate a 1/4 tsp of stevia...or a thin dribble of honey turns it into a treat
Its better for them to be your breakfast more time to burn off the calories hehe. Im not a breakfast person and these really are great...I have them with a cup of tea, and I really look forward to starting my day with these.0 -
Roughly how many pancakes do you get? Also I tend to buy smaller bananas so this is only 235-245 calories for me :laugh:0

Did you leave out the flour?0

250 calories is more of a snack than a meal. I guess I could double it. Does it taste eggy? It sounds like it would just taste like sweetened eggs. Is there a "just add water" version of this?0

Will definitely have to give these a try. Thanks for sharing!0

I usually make these with one egg per banana, but I'll have to try it with two. I love them. Add a few chocolate chips for a decadent dessert. Blueberries or strawberries or plain for breakfast. Very little, if any, syrup is needed. Seriously, the best thing ever.
With the 1:1 ratio, they are a little hard to flip. I imagine that's solved with the 1:2 ratio.0 -

Was that site "myfitnesspal" by any chance?0

A serving of Aunt Jemima whole wheat blend pancakes made with whole milk and eggs has only 200 calories. You can cut that down using egg whites and skim or 1-2% milk. These also taste good and have a good nutrition profile.0
