    Well, lets see. In the last week - Saturday to Friday - about 950 minutes! In only 3 days. But that's not the norm lol. Two of those days I walked about 20 miles each day(2 of the 3 days of the Susan G Komen 3Day Breast cancer walk). I burned around 4,450 calories in the time.

    But on a typical week it would be around 300minutes, and maybe 1500 to 1800 calories.

    Including what's coming tomorrow...

    Running x3 - 60 minutes (it's a recovery week, normally double this)
    Cycling x4 - 240 minutes
    Heavy Weights x2 - 90 minutes

    Plus a couple of hour long walks and several hours of heavy "yard" work (means something different on acreage!).

    ETA: Almost forgot - a normal week also has 60 minutes of swimming laps.
