In the last 7 days: 310 minutes; 4086 calories.
Haven't done today's workout yet though, so add roughly another 100 minutes and 1100 calories (such is life in marathon training)0 -
674 min / 5,981 cal.
Still got tomorrow!0 -
379 minutes. Great classes ths week. I don't rely on MFP calculations for calories burned though.0

well about 300 minutes. I don't add my weight lifting to my workouts.... I do those 3 times a week. I had read that you should eat back about 1/2 your exercise calories.... and so I stopped adding in my circuit/weight calories on those days... which is only about 90 minutes a week. SO I figure its less than half of what I do..0

Typically anywhere from 500-600 minutes. 535 this past week (combination of strength training, running, walking, various cardio equipment at the gym, Pilates).0

Well, lets see. In the last week - Saturday to Friday - about 950 minutes! In only 3 days. But that's not the norm lol. Two of those days I walked about 20 miles each day(2 of the 3 days of the Susan G Komen 3Day Breast cancer walk). I burned around 4,450 calories in the time.
But on a typical week it would be around 300minutes, and maybe 1500 to 1800 calories.0 -
Including what's coming tomorrow...
Running x3 - 60 minutes (it's a recovery week, normally double this)
Cycling x4 - 240 minutes
Heavy Weights x2 - 90 minutes
Plus a couple of hour long walks and several hours of heavy "yard" work (means something different on acreage!).
ETA: Almost forgot - a normal week also has 60 minutes of swimming laps.0 -
320/225 ....... this is including tomorrows plan
2300/20000 -
Goal 300 mins./Actual 793 mins. as of today.
