I agree...no more ten 10lbs if you feel you must. You look great right now! BTY clean up your room...lol0

you look great!! I'd go for 15 to 20 pounds for your height. You'll look leaner and be a show stopper.0

I agree that you look great the way you are. You can just enjoy being you. Do the things you enjoy (whether that's the gym, hiking, biking, etc.).0

You look good as you are, but I understand that you want to look even better, probably close to a fitness model. I suggest you slowly lose 10 lbs and see how you look at that point. If you don't look sufficiently lean, then take the other 6 lbs. Needless to say you need to do strength training the whole time, and flip to eating a surplus after you reach your goal weight so you can begin building some muscle, to get that 'toned' look.0

You're so young and beautiful. Please don't diet. Just do everything you're doing now and start lifting weights. That's it. No other changes.0

Here's a challenge for you, OPer: can you ADD 10lbs to your current weight in muscle?

You look fantastic! 5-10 tops IMO.0

at the risk of feeding yet another already-hot woman's ego... you look great. Tone up some if you want to look even better. put your scale back in the closet, you don't need it.0

I think you look fantastic right now. I am wondering if you weight as much as you do because you are mostly muscle. I am a bit taller than you and weight less but believe me, I don't look as good as you do. You probably have a low fat percentage already so I would maintain at this point or if you want to lose more, I would say no more than 10 at the very max.0

Like the majority of the posters have said, you look really good right now! But if you want a new goal, look for adding a couple of pounds--in muscle--by lifting weights and losing the inches.0
-
You look fine now, but I think 16lbs sounds good. After losing I would focus on putting on a few pounds of muscle.0

Are you kidding? You look great! But you do need to clean up your room. LOL0

I was totally going to say the same thing. Must be the mom in me...0 -
I pretty much agree with everyone's post. You look fabulous! Don't let your focus be on losing, let it be on toning. If you gain, don't beat yourself up because that's just muscle.0

Leave your weight as is and start lifting, toning. Your body will look much different and i bet you will be very happy with the results. Dont focus on numbers, focus on how you want to look.0

I think you look good now, too. You'd probably love how you look at 10 pounds lighter. I don't know if you could find 16 to drop!0
-
Forget the scale. Choose a body fat % goal, or other fitness goals.0

You look very good as you are, I would say maybe lose 10 more pounds if you want to, but of course a doctor would know better than me.0

5-10 lbs max. You look great as is!0
