What's for breakfast today???
Usually I try to keep breakfast all healthy with fiber filled cereal and fruit or an egg with light cheese, but (gasp) I decided to eat a glazed donut today. It was worth the half hour I will have to spend on the elliptical later today.

I had some whole wheat thick sliced toast with peanut butter and honey and banada on top! with water.....and before that a coffee with one sugar and milk.:happy:0

Two egg omelet with turkey sausage and cheddar cheese.
It my staple because as the omelet is cooking, I can grab the stuff for lunch and make sure it goes with me. If I don't cook breakfast, I generally wont take lunch.0 -
