    Your post is so awesome thank you so very much! You reminded me that just because I can fit the sugary snack in doesn't mean I should. And that feeling great and being happy are even more important than weight loss alone.

    Congrats! A wedding picture started it for me, too. I wish I'd kept it now for pictures later but I donated it last time I went through my closet.

    Hello SNLover...just wanted to say hello and I hope you are doing well. I am down another pound, so 198 with 58 more to go. It feels so good to have someone I can share with in this weight loss endeavor. I am still trying to figure out things on MFP, such as how to follow threads, what some of the acronyms mean, etc. but I actually look forwards to coming here, reading others posts, and logging my food/exercise everyday. I believe it really does help with accountability and motivation.
