My goal weight is a well toned 140# at 5'6". My weight isn't too far from there now but need to keep working on lifting weights.0

I'm 5'2.5" and my goal weight is 50kg and then will reevaluate. The lowest I would want to go is 49kg but I'll care more about body fat percentage than a number when I reach my goal.0

Haha I was thinking that too, and 4 inches taller would be perfect, I'd quite like to be 5'10.
Failing that, I'm currently 154 down from 220. I'd like to be around 145, but really just need to get rid of my mummy tummy which refuses to go even though my youngest is 2 now. My personal trainer told me not to lose much more weight as my face is already looking really thin and I'd end up looking gaunt. I wear a UK size 10/12 (US 6/8), smaller in dresses than jeans.0 -

Mkanak is rightt! I', 5ft 6, my goal body fat % is 18-20% . I don't have a goal weight because I look fitter than I did when I was lighter (at some point in my life)0

I'm 32, 5'6". I've actually shrunk an inch since I had kids ???? I currently weigh 175-ish. I started at 235, my first goal was 175, so I've hit that. Now my ULTIMATE goal is 145, but I would be happy with 155, since I haven't weighed 145 since high school.0

I'm 5'9 and trying to get to 245 for the Chicago Marathon in October. Got about 8 more lbs to go to reach that and I'm down from 278 in January.
Afterward, I'm gonna drift back up to 253-255...much more comfortable there. ;-)0 -

I'm 5'4" and my ideal weight is 147 (size 8 or 10). I don't think I can successfully maintain any lower than that and still be a happy person
I'm also one of those people who carries weight well. Everyone including my doctors are always surprised at my actual weight. I credit my muscley thighs
The lowest I've been in my adult life is 135 but it was very difficult to maintain - (daily 2-hour workouts, very low calorie, high protein diet), and obviously I wasn't able to in the long run0 -
5' 6", and overall I want to get down to about 150, the last time I was down there I looked stunning and had a 26" waist!0

I'm 5"4' and my goal weight is 115 lbs. I used to be martial art student for years so I know that I have muscle underneath these fat already but I still need to tone up a little! Lol. Right now I am 116.2 lbs and in shape, I look healthy and beautiful and don't think I would go any lower than this. By the way, I'm 31 years old and am Asian.0

I'm 5' 4.5" and my goal weight is around 140-150 pounds. But I'm more concerned with reaching a healthy waist size since that matters more than the number on a scale.0

I am 5 "7" and my GW is 150. It may seem high but I was a size 5 /6 at that weight and that is my goal size.0

I'm 5'5" and my UGW is somewhere between 120 and 130. I started out at 181 and I have never been below 150 as an adult - up until now anyway (now I'm 148, yay!). I really have no idea what to expect, but I know I'm not going to stop in the 140's. I might be happy somewhere in the 130's so I won't count it out yet!0

5' 4", GW 125 for now, I might lower it later to 115-120.
I want to be 125 by my birthday in August but that might be a lot since I'm now in the "healthy" BMI range it will make it harder to lose weight especially if the later weeks end up being only 0.5 lb/week.0 -
5'6" and my goal is 148lbs. I have a mediumish frame and that's as low as I can go before I start loosing my boobs. Hubby says I can do what I want since it's my body, but the boobs are his and they stay. :laugh:0
