Yesterday i had quite a shock when i met a ghost from the past. Someone ireally didnt expect or want to see...

I have a long history of binge and purge bulimia and a problam with emotional eatin.

Wwhen I got home I was starting to eat emotionally (and only had 400 cal left for the day...) but then I managed to stopped myself and only went about 30 cal over my daily goal!

I am very VERY proud of myself!!

    Well done!!! Emotional binging is sooooo hard to stop! Well done!!! Now you've done it once you know that you can do it and that should help a lot in the future. You should be really proud of yourself!!!
