I'm going to scale it back this month to 250 miles. I think that is more doable for me with all my other activities in my life.0

I'm going to stick with 50 for September.
I'm not on computer on weekends so won't be updating the sheet much then. I'll keep an eye on it during the week while I'm at work and update when I have a free minute here and there. Again please be patient and let us know by pm or right in the thread if you see something that isn't right.

I am going to be gone for a good portion of September, so I am going to lower my goal to 150miles.0

im in for 40 miles walking. last month I did 38 miles walking so I'm trying to improve on that.0

Thanks for keeping this going!! Thanks for all your time and effort as well Dinos!! I'm in for September and it marks my 12 month...YIPPEE!! I have missed a few goals in the past 11 months but I have made a few too. :happy: I'm hoping that at the end of this month I will be able to mark my 1 year with MYA as a success! Thanks again for all you do to keep us motivated and moving!
