41 miles plus an EPIC 26-MILE BIKE RIDE on the last Hail-Mary day of the month makes 67!

I didn't do much in August, I switched my focus to karate (which turned out to be a new obsession! )
Anyway, total is 115.1km (goal was 150km). Next month I'll aim for 100km, which I can probably do more easily.0 -

Bad month. Completed my first ever half marathon on very limited preparation (after being sick) though, and didn't run at all for the rest of the month following the "race" on the 25th, so even though I was nowhere near goal I'm not too unhappy. My goal was 161km/100 miles, I managed 71.7 km/44.55 miles.
PS Many thanks to bluiz13, Dinos, Dark Rider and the rest of the team who have done and will do so much work to keep this going. Much appreciated.0 -
