I'm in but i can't lose 40 pounds.. lol. I'd be too skinny. I'm almost to my goal weight so I'd like to lose 10 by the end of the year (well by November!) and lose some more inches and replace fat with muscle. I had a body fat reading done and i have 3.7 pounds of excess fat but am in my body fat % range.
would like to get more muscle and shred some body fat. Just because I'm in range with BMI and stuff does NOT mean i'm healthy. After getting the muscle built and losing the excess fat I'll be healthier and then happier !!!0 -
I hope it is not to late! I love challenges, I lose the most weight when I have others to be accountable to!0

I am motivated and go to gym every day. I am new to changing my lifestyle and have given up coke, fast food and got off the couch. Count me in, I am focused and hard working now I have seen the benefits of my 3 weeks.0

I lost 70lb in 4 months so depending on your starting point it's doable. As you get lower down the bf scale it gets harder.0

I would LOVE to join in! I need to lose 30-35 lbs and then hopefully build some muscle. Wanted to reach my goal by my birthday (november) but I personally think the end of the year would be more realistic.0
