Balanced Diet Help

I'm currently working to tone my body and shed a few pounds. I am exercising daily (30 Day Shred) and I am counting calories. I was wondering if anyone had a good resource, website, etc that I could look at to get my diet balanced and where it needs to be. I want to learn more about how to eat healthy--not just how to eat low calorie foods.

    This is a Primal diet website but it offers a lot of good information on how to balance your diet overall, and is a good place to get started IMO.
