Lose 5 pounds a month OCTOBER 2010 CHALLENGE

I challenge you to lose 5 pounds this month. That is a little over 1 pound per week. That means by Christmas you could be almost 15 pounds lighter. Who is?
Just post your starting weight on October 1 and then post an update on your weigh-in day.
Please feel free to share tips, encouragement or ask for support when you need it.

I'm in I have been trying this with out logging to see how things work out last week no gain but no loss either. I only have 5 more to lose so if I can do it in October that would be great. Those last 5 are the hard ones though. Good luck everyone.0

I am definitely in! I am trying to lose 17 pounds between now and Christmas (or New Years, I'm not picky about a week) and breaking it down into 5 pound increments for each month will be SO helpful! I was at 216.8 on Monday, but I'll reweigh on Thursday to start the October challenge too.0

I actually managed it last month yay, after augusts only 1lb drop didnt think I would.
