Amazing, you look like you lost more than 9lp, i guess, it is all about the inches.. WAY TO GO..0 -
I am currently in the middle of insanity. I feel so much more toned. However, the scale has not budged!! I am going to try an up my protein and play around with my diet in hopes to lose some fat. Any tips would be wonderful!!0

Ashley I didn't really lose any weight with insanity ether but a couple pounds. I mostly toned up . And I felt sooo much stronger!..:) have you hit the second month yet, because that's when it gets intense..0

Little sprite - these results were from the first time I did insanity, so yes, I did the whole thing through. I'm in my 3rd week of my 2nd round of it0

I finished my first round of Insanity last Sunday...I lost 18 pounds and 18 inches. I love/hate the workout and I started round 2 on Monday. I don't have any pictures that I can share but I went from a size 14 to a size 8 in jeans.0

So, here's a question for you insane types...
How did your energy levels hold up during the second month? I'll be honest... I was expecting it to go like the first month... first week was tough but after that the workouts weren't that much of a stretch to finish in style. The second month is absolutely kicking my *kitten*. The individual workouts aren't that bad, but cumulatively it's wearing me down rather than building me up.
My real concern is that I'm not able to work out hard enough to get the real benefit from the program. I'm seeing improvement in my fit tests, losing an inch here and there, not losing a lot of weight. I understand from the reading that this isn't all that unusual. Other than the exhaustion I feel great and am moving well.
What was your experience like?0 -
Bumping. I am going to be restarting Insanity (got to week 3 and injured my calf) here in the next couple of days.0

Just posted my results http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1083758-insanity-results-9-weeks0

I noticed most was the increased size in my legs and tighter core. I went from 196lbs to 185. Only 11lbs, but I was seeing muscle I never knew I had.

I am going to do my fit test today! I will be starting tomorrow!
I will be defiantly taking before and after photos!0 -
You guys look fantastic way to go!!!0

I lost 10 pounds, and 15 inches from my bust, waist, hip/booty, arms, and legs. My endurance improved significantly as well. Don't let the scale be your only measure of success!

Good luck to those starting or finishing the program!! Time for round 2!0 -
Just nearing the end of my first week of month 2 of insanity!! (Day 40 today) No before and after pictures yet, I did take before and after for month 1, but I only really buckled down on my diet half the time. One week into Month 2 I am already seeing differences...so in three weeks I'll post my end result pictures. After a 60 minute insanity workout i feel like a freaking superhero. Scale definitely does not hardly budge though even though I really stick to my calories.0
-
bump. I'll post after month 2!0
-
Bumping for later...I start Monday.0

Bumping to save. I have 19 days to go in completing Insanity, and I'll post pics when I'm done. Congrats to those who posted thus far. For those that just started keep up the good work, and stick to it. Its hard as hell, especially in Month 2, but the results are worth it!!0

Sorry....I know you mean well but a lb of muscle weighs the same as a lb of fat. You are right in saying that muscle looks better, however ;-)0 -
I'd like to add that Insanity is a wonderful and challenging program. Everyone has different fitness goals, but Insanity really improved my endurance and helped me slim down. I started my weight loss with this program but have a true love for lifting now. Thank you to those who posted their photos...you have truly made a lot of progress!0

I used Insanity to kick start my weight loss. I did the whole program and I added weight training in as well. It really worked amazing for me0
